Application Tips

Step 1: Soak

Soaking feet in warm water not only is relaxing, but it helps soften and prepare feet for the exfoliation process.

• Fill the inflatable foot bath with warm water to reach the tops of your ankles.
• Drop 2-3 foot fizzies into water for a burst of fizz.
• Soak feet for at least 10 minutes.
• Pat feet dry.

Step 2: Scrub

• For an allover foot rub, use the foot scrub on the soles, sides and tops of feet.
• Rinse and pat dry

Step 3:Soften

• Massage icy foot gel starting with top of foot moving in the direction from toe to ankle.
• Next, moving to the sole of the foot, make circular motions with your thumb and finger adding pressure to areas such as heel or ball of the foot. Start from the top and work your way down.

   BONUS TIP! Use the emery board to file toenails and the gel toe separators to apply nail color/lacquer.
